One invoice instead of loose receipts
The biggest irritation of washing a fleet is the paperwork: every driver hands in a receipt, and somebody has to collect and book them. With a business wash card every driver washes on the same account and you get one invoice at the end of the month.
That invoice shows per numberplate how often and on which programme each vehicle was washed, so you can allocate the cost per vehicle.
