With an unlimited subscription at Excellent Carwash Amsterdam you wash as often as you like, up to once a day, for a fixed monthly amount. Subscriptions cost €29, €33, €37 or €39 per month depending on the wash programme. You sign up online and can cancel monthly.

From when does it pay off?
Simple sum: divide the monthly price by the single-wash price of the same programme. On Budget the subscription pays for itself from the third wash in a month; on The Best, from the second. Wash more often than that and every extra wash is free.

How it works

- 3On arrival our numberplate scanner reads your plate and the barrier opens.
- 4Subsequent terms are collected monthly by direct debit through Mollie.
The conditions, no small print
- Your subscription is active immediately after activation.
- Payment is by direct debit only, handled by our payment partner Mollie.
- Not valid for green (trade) numberplates.
- Taxis are charged at double the rate.
- You may change your numberplate yourself once per month, up to three times per year.
- Cancel at least one day before your renewal date.
- No refunds are given for breakdowns, weather conditions or site closures.
Frequently asked questions about unlimited washing
How do I sign up for unlimited washing?
You sign up online through our customer portal, where you choose your subscription and pay straight away. The subscription is active immediately.
How am I recognised at the barrier?
Numberplate scanners at our site read your plate automatically. The barrier is linked to them, so you do not need to show anything.
Where do I log in to my subscription?
You log in through the online customer portal, where you manage your subscription, details and invoices.
I have lost my password. What now?
Request a new password using the recovery function in the customer portal. You will receive an email to set a new one.
How do I change my numberplate?
Log in to your account and change the numberplate there. Note that you can do this yourself once per month, up to a maximum of three times per year.
How do I change my personal details?
Log in to your account and edit your details yourself. Your email address and username cannot be changed by you; please contact us for that.
Where do I change my bank account number?
Change your account number in your online account. You then make a one-cent payment from the new account as verification.
How do I change my subscription tier?
Log in to your account and choose the “adjust” option. If you upgrade, allow 24 hours for the change to take effect.
How do I pause my subscription?
Log in to your online account, click “Pause”, enter an end date and confirm.
How do I download my VAT invoice?
Log in to your account. Under the “my transactions” menu item you will find all your invoices to download.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and click “terminate”. Make sure you cancel at least one day before the renewal date, otherwise the subscription runs for another month.
Can I wash my car immediately after activating?
Yes. The subscription is active immediately, so you can drive straight into the wash tunnel.
Can I choose a different programme with my subscription?
Yes. Just tell us at the barrier which programme you want. If you choose one above your subscription tier, you pay only the difference.
What is my username?
Your login is almost always the email address you used when you registered.
Who is Mollie?
Mollie is our payment partner. They handle the direct debit and send payment links if a collection fails.
My direct debit failed. What now?
That happens occasionally. You will automatically receive an email from our payment partner Mollie with a payment link to settle the amount.
Can I pay by any method other than direct debit?
No. The subscription works by direct debit only. If you prefer not to use direct debit, the Waspas is a good alternative.
Can I pay an outstanding invoice at the barrier?
No, that is not possible. Mollie will email you a payment link as soon as a direct debit has failed.
What does an unlimited subscription cost?
Unlimited washing costs €29 per month for Budget, €33 for Standard, €37 for Most Chosen and €39 for The Best. You can wash up to once a day and cancel monthly.
